Shipping policy
Once an order has been placed, it should take at most 2 days for us to ship it out. If orders are placed Tuesday-Friday, they will likely get shipped out the following day. For orders placed on Saturday-Monday, we will get them shipped right away Tuesday morning/early afternoon. A reminder that we are closed Sundays & Mondays.
Shipping costs will depend on the weight of the product (This can vary). Most products over $100 qualify for free shipping also.
For U.S orders, please allow up to 5-10 business days after your order has been shipped. We ship both USPS and UPS. If you have an invalid or non-verified address, we will reach out to you to correct the issue.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 601 County Highway Y
Johnson Creek, WI 53038. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are:
Tuesday - Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Fridays: 9:00am -5:00pm
Saturdays: 9:00am - 2:00pm
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at (920) 699-3288 (text or call) with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
*PLEASE BE SURE TO PROVIDE YOUR VERIFIED ADDRESS. THIS MEANS IF YOU HAVE TWO MAILING ADDRESSES (ONE BEING A P.O BOX) PROVIDE THE ONE YOU KNOW IS VERIFIED* This will ensure you can get your items faster.
